Obituary: MAIOCCO – Mrs. Kathleen A., 83, Blandburg, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at ARHS-Bon Secours Hospital Campus. Born July 7, 1927, in Blandburg, daughter of the late Fred C. and Regina A. (Warner) Frank. On Nov. 10, 1951, in Blandburg, she married Joseph Maiocco who died Sept. 19, 2004. Surviving are sons, Gregory J. (Nancy Civic), Ebensburg; and Michael J. (Cindie Taylor), Duncansville; grandchildren, Melanie, Anthony, Megan Fiedor and Joseph; and great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Jocelyn; also brother, Fred. Also preceded in death by brother, James; and sisters, Margaret Miller and Louise Reardon. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church Frugality, where funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Father Sean Code, officiating. Interment, Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow, where vigil service will be held in the afternoon.
