Obituary: CONNELLY – James R., 69, Severn, Maryland, formerly of Nanty Glo, went with the Lord July 6, 2010. Born June 13, 1941 in Johnstown, son of the late Thomas W. and Victoria (Plukas) Connelly. Preceded in death by son, James Jr., brother William (Wilbur), and sister Patricia O’Hanlon. Survived by daughters: Deborah (Frank) Costanzo; Kelly (Ross) Seidel, and grandson Christopher James; Brothers & Sister: Thomas J. (Betty) Connelly, Hilton Head Island, S. C.; Eileen (Victor) Larese, Ebensburg; and John (Caroline), Patton R.D.; and many nieces and nephews. U.S. Navy veteran. Funeral Services were held in Bowie, Maryland on July 10, 2010. A graveside committal service will be held at the convenience of the family at St. Mary’s Cemetery. A 30 day Mass will be held Friday, August 6, 2010 at 8:30 a.m., at St. Marys Roman Catholic Church, Nanty Glo, the Rev. Martin A. Cingle, celebrant.
