SETTLE – Donald E., 84, of Homer City RD., went to be with the Lord July 16, 2019. Born April 28, 1935 in Belsano, son of the late Donald and Tessie (Cramer) Settle. Preceded in death by son, Donnie; brothers, Kenneth and Joseph; and sister, Edna Bodenschatz. Survived by wife, of 64 years, the former Geraldine Misner; and daughters, Deborah (Mike) Trinkley; and Tammy (Bill) Lasinsky. Grandchildren, Amanda Mack, Emily Lasinsky, Kristi Walters, Kerianne Kuebler and Braydon Kelly. Great Granddaughter, Stella Mack. Brother of Catherine Settle; Joyce Ray; Dorothy Buckus and Ronald Settle. Member of Gospel Community Church, Homer City RD. An avid hunter and fisherman. Don was loved by all who knew him. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 11 am on Friday, Pastor Loren Marsh, officiating. Interment, Pineland Cemetery, Strongstown.
