RORABAUGH - Richard A. Sr., 73, Mineral Point, died June 16, 2008, at Laurel Crest Manor. Born Jan. 7, 1935, in Mahaffey, son of the late William and Bertha (Johnson) Rorabaugh. Preceded in death by brothers, William Jr., Lawrence and Gene. Survived by wife, Sarah (Meredith) Rorabaugh, Mineral Point; children: Matthew, Johnstown; Mark (Brenda), Johnstown; Danny (Cheryl) East Conemaugh; David (Carol), Rochester, N.Y.; Richard Jr. (Cathy), Maysville, N.C.; and Janet Mardis (William), Markleysburg; grandchildren: Jeremy and Amanda Kenner, Amanda Rorabaugh, Thomas and Bradley Rorabaugh, Doug and Sasha Rummell, and Ashley and Richard Tyler Rorabaugh; four great-grandchildren; and brother, Alvin, Nanty Glo. Retired from Merlo Trucking. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, with the Rev. Marvin E. Lowery. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
