Obituary of Della McPhee

McPHEE - Della (Restauri), 87, Nanty Glo, died June 22, 2008, at Maple Winds Care Center, Portage. Born May 27, 1921, in Export, daughter of the late Guiseppi and Rosina (DeLuige) Restauri. Preceded in death by husband, Donald; brother, Nicholas; and sister, Frances Baglia. Survived by children, Donna Johnstone (Robert F.), Great Falls, Va.; Peggy Hoffman ( Bud ), Belsano; Linda Koenig (Carl), Seminole, Fla.; Robert (Terry), Revloc; and Donald, and friend, Holly, Nanty Glo; grandchildren, Eric and Dana Johnstone; Christine Bender and Craig Hoffman; Alicia Paxson and Kayla Bubar; Nichole Berkheimer; David and Daniel McPhee; and Alana Koontz; great-grandchildren, Christopher Bender; Breanna and Casey Hoffman; Aedan and Avery Berkheimer; and Bella McPhee; sisters, Edith Modis (Andrew), Ebensburg; Stella Grembi, Nanty Glo; and Mary Sanderson, Ebensburg; and many nieces and nephews. A member of St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo, where she was a member of the Rosary and Altar Society. Friends will be received at the Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, where a Liturgical Wake will be held Tuesday evening. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo, the Rev. Father David Peles, the Celebrant. Interment to follow in the St. Mary's Cemetery, Nanty Glo.
