GRANT - Susan (Herrick), 103, Belsano, died Aug. 11, 2008, at her home. Born Oct. 27, 1904, in Nanty Glo, daughter of late Nicholas and Mary (Trumach) Herrick. Preceded in death by husband, Robert W.; children, Mary LaMagna, Thomas Grant, Dorothy Grant and Lillian Gulakowski; sisters, Mary Dugan, Helen Babincsack, Ann Stoffey and Julia Baker; and brothers, Nicholas and William. Survived by children, Alice Lukehart, Lexington, Ohio; Robert T. (Bonnie), New Holland; William A. (Betty), Belsano; Kathryn Rearrick (Jack), Spring Church; John R. (Karen), Wichita, Kan.; and Joan C. Darno, Hackensack, N.J.; also 22 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Attended Lakeview Nazerene Church, Ebensburg. A loving mother who was dedicated to her family and God. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Pastor John Bennett officiating. Interment, Lloyd Cemetery, Ebensburg.
