Rubish - Mary (Selko), 88 formerly of Colver, died September 2, 2008 at Haida Manor, Hastings. Born March 13, 1920 in Croyle, daughter of the late Peter and Mary Selko. Preceded in death by loving husband, William Charles Rubish, parents, and sister Helen Selko. Survived by daughter Marlene, wife of Dr. Robert Capriotti, Houston, Texas; and son William and his wife Albina Rubish of Baytown, Texas; also survived by beloved granddaughter Debbie Barr; and great-grandchildren Morgan and Daniel, all of Baytown, Texas; granddaughter Velvet Mayes, Porterville, California; greatgrandchildren: Garrett and Morgan and grandson Robert Rubish, Sacramento, California. Also survived by sisters Ann Wahna, Stow, Ohio; Margaret McGovern, Hadden Heights, New Jersey; and Irene Hanyok, Carrolltown. Friends will be received from noon until the time of service at 1:00 pm Saturday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Ebensburg, the Rev. Fr. Grigori Tsjuman, officiating. Interment at Lloyd Cemetery.
