YOSIE - Naomi L., Chesterfield County, Va., took the hands of her sweet Jesus and passed on to her eternal home on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2007. Preceded in death by her loving husband, John; parents, Mead and Lola Ludwig; and brother-in-law, Norman Johnson. Loved by her surviving brothers, Wesley (Rose) Ludwig and Arthur (Betty) Ludwig; and sisters, Thelma Johnson and Margaret (Raymond) Thayer; and many nieces and nephews. Naomi also is survived by many cherished friends. She was an active member of Ramsey Memorial United Methodist Church, 5900 Hull Street Road, Richmond, Va., where a memorial service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Youth Program at Ramsey Memorial United Methodist Church. Arrangements by Bailey Funeral Home, Chippenham Chapel, Richmond. A gathering of friends will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 17, 2007 at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, the Rev. Donald Rainey, officiating. Committal at United Brethren Cemetery, Belsano.
