SCHILLING (GRESSLEY) - Thelma A., 87, of Belsano, departed this life on Aug. 15, 2007, at Laurelwood Care Center. Born May 3, 1920, in Heilwood, daughter of John and Eva Gressley. Married Francis A. Schilling in November 1939. He preceded her in death March 29, 2000. Also preceded in death by parents; great-granddaughter, Rayin Stephens; granddaughter, Pamela Schilling; brothers, Denver, Raymond, Don and Gaylord; sister, Ruth; and infant sister, Rebecca. Loving mother of Francis C. (Kathleen Kruper) of Belsano; Stanley R. (Jeanie Jacobsky) of Nanty Glo; Lois (Raymond Stephens) of Ohio; and Raymond K. (Janalee Warnick) of Belsano. Also survived by brothers, Forrest of Arizona, and Fred of Maryland; sisters, Helen Cook of Nanty Glo, and Jean Byich of Belsano; grandchildren, Scott, Mark, Melissa, Shelly, Darrin, Dawn, Brian, Brad and Tatianna; and eight great-grandchildren. Thelma was a current and founding member of Belsano Senior Citizens Club and served as Gressley reunion secretary for 30 years. She enjoyed patchwork quilting, bingo, baking and playing games with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Clayton Harriger officiating. Interment, U.B. Cemetery, Belsano.
