BUCHKOSKI James, 71, of Ebensburg, passed away August 19, 2007 at home. Born October 20, 1935 in Seward, son of the late John and Mary (Milalick) Buchkoski. Preceded in death by brother Nick. Survived by wife of 40 years, the former Shirley Zerfoss; brother, John Jr., of Charles, PA; sisters Eva O Herrick, Arizona; Olga Tchir, California and Stephanie Berezansky, of Charles, PA; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 -4 & 7-9 pm Monday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, where funeral service will be held 10 am Tuesday, the Very Rev. Frank P. Miloro, officiating. Interment Armagh Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in James memory may be made to The American Cancer Society.
