I will always remember the amazing times ive had with Arthur when i was his in home care aid. I will always miss sitting down to play cars, break the ice game and color while watching the cowboys on tv or good cartoons Petsy was and always will be an amazing guy and im glad i got to meet him. I pray for all Petsy family during this tough time and hope they will all find a way to cope with the lose of such an amazing person. Tabitha Smith
