BOBACK - Christopher "Chris", 53, of Ebensburg passed away February 25, 2020 at home after an extended illness.  Born November 21, 1966 in Spangler, son of Eugene and Yvonne (Ragole) Boback.  Preceded in death by father Eugene and brother, Steve Boback.  Survived by wife Terri (Dixon) Hott, to whom he was married 11 years;  mother, Yvonne Boback, Ebensburg;  son, Jeremy (Beth) Boback, Michigan;  daughter Brittany Boback, Wisconsin;  step-son, Adam Schlosser, Wisconsin; and brothers and sister:  Rob (Lisa) Boback, Florida; Mark Boback, Maryland; Gail (Bill) Schmidt, Delaware; Kurt (Deanne) Boback, Revloc, Pa; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Chris was the former owner/operator of Boback Towing Co., Ebensburg and in his early years had enjoyed his pilots license for small planes.  An avid Disney collector, he enjoyed travel with his wife and family and spending time with his friends,  At his request there will be no visitation or services.  In lieu of flowers, donations to his family would be welcomed.  Arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.
