RAGER  - Dora M., 78, of Vintondale, passed away June 16, 2021 at home. Born August 31, 1942 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Theodore and Ethel McCachren. Preceded in death by husband, Larry; daughter in law, Donna; brothers, Ford, and Harold; and sister, Charlotte Cramer. Survived by children, Theodore Rager; Larry Rager; Barbara Laney; and Alice Shultz. Grandchildren, Angela, Amanda, Kerry, Tanya, Matthew, Theodore and Shelby. 14 great grandchildren. Also survived by sister, Barbara (Dick) Slater; brother, John (Louella) McCachren; and several nieces and nephews. Member of Vintondale Baptist Church and Vintondale Fire Ladies Auxiliary. Retired from the former Laurel Crest Manor. Dora also worked the voting polls for a number of years. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Pastor Joshua Burbank, officiating. Interment, United Brethren Cemetery, Belsano. Condolences may be left for the family at www.askew-houser.com
