KNOPSNYDER – Richard E., 92, of Johnstown, passed away Feb. 11, 2025. Born April 1, 1932 in Somerset. Preceded in death by mother, Mary and wife, Arlene (Pletcher) Knopsnyder. Survived by children, Don, Donna, Daniel and Doug, all of Johnstown. 2 granddaughters, 1 grandson and 7 great grandchildren. US Army veteran having served during the Korean War. Retired from Peoples Natural Gas Co. Richard enjoyed traveling and spending time with his grandchildren. Private services held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your favorite charity in Richard’s memory.
