Obituary of Brian Daniel Gresh
GRESH - Brian Daniel, 40, of Revloc, passed away peacefully at home on April 17, 2025. Born in Lewistown, PA, Brian brought joy, laughter, and love into every room he entered, leaving a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Robert and Nancy Stupic and Michael and Erma Gresh, as well as his aunt, Pamela Zelasko.
Brian is survived by his loving parents: father Barry (Deb) Gresh of Revloc, and mother Janis Gresh, also of Revloc. He was a proud and devoted father to his three cherished children: Peyton, Gabriel, and Giana Gresh, who were the center of his world. He is also survived by his sister Megan (Dustin) Charney and nephew Foster; stepbrothers Zak Koval of Pittsburgh and Ben Koval of Meadville. He also leaves behind many loving aunts and uncles: Tricia (Mike) Burggraf of Ebensburg, Tim (Nancy) Gresh of Colver, Ted (Lynn) Gresh of Jeannette, Joe (Sherry) Gresh of Myerstown, Dan Gresh of Johnstown, Mary(Dan) Fletcher of Clymer and Amy Gresh of Johnstown — as well as numerous cousins and countless great friends.
Brian’s life was marked by his selflessness, humor, and unwavering love for his family. He was known for his infectious laugh, warm smile, and easy-going spirit. He was the one people turned to — the guy who could fix just about anything and never hesitated to lend a hand. His work ethic was unmatched, and he took pride in doing things right. More than anything, Brian loved being a father. He created memories that his children will carry with them forever — from dancing in the kitchen and making silly faces to simply being present and full of love.
Brian will be deeply missed. His kindness, humor, and generous heart touched so many, and his legacy will live on through all the lives he enriched.
Friends will be received from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., where a vigil prayer service will be held.
