LANZENDORFER - Janet Marie, our sister, our aunt, our cousin and best friend now rests in peace with her son, Drew Klezek.  Born September 19, 1956 in Johnstown, daughter of Robert and Agnes (Davis) Lanzendorfer.  She is preceded in death by her parents and son.  Survived by siblings: Bobbi (Ron) Kikta; Eugene (Jeannie) Lanzendorfer; and Garrett (Marilyn) Lanzendorfer.  She leaves behind very special nieces and nephews: Heather (Craig), Lance (Tiffany), Aaron, Brent (Stephanie) and Chad (Natalie); her cousin Leigh and very special friends Lori and Rob.

Janet recently retired from the Intermediate Unit 8, where she took special pride in her accomplishments working with young adults of special needs. She enjoyed pooltime, beach time and "Sunday Fun Days".  

A Gathering of Friends will be held Wednesday, May 21st from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., 1310 Shoemaker Street, Nanty Glo, Pa. followed by a brief Eulogy Service at 7:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Janet's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.  Condolences to the family may be left at www.askew-houser.com           "Always hold your loved ones close......"
