Albert Richard "Rick" Dominick Obituary

DOMINICK – Albert R. “Rick”, 66, formerly of Colver, passed away May 28th, 2025, following a battle with Primary Lateral Sclerosis.  Born April 18th, 1959 in Colver, son of Albert G. and Helen J. Dominick.  Preceded in death by parents and sister Patricia Swineford.  Survived by sisters, Linda Chiodo, Avon, Ohio and Bobbie (Michael) Blososky, Ebensburg and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Rick’s home since 2023 had been the Villages of Maple Heights, where he enjoyed being with friends and staff who became extended family.  He also had been employed for 35 years at the Cambria County Association for the Blind.  Rick enjoyed all of the Pittsburgh sports teams, he was a Steelers, Pirates and Penguins fan through and through.  The family extends their appreciation for the exceptional care provided by the staff of the Villages and Interim Hospice.     Interment at Holy Name Cemetery.  Arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.  Condolences to the family may be left at www.askew-houser.com
