PALMER – Dennis, 70, a resident at Maple Heights, Ebensburg and formerly of Harrisville, Butler County, passed away October 2, 2025 at the manor. Born July 2, 1952 in Butler County, son of the late James J. and Mary E. (Buchanan) Palmer. He is preceded in death by his wife Lisha (Daubenspeck) Palmer. Survived by children: Jenna Palmer Shaffer (companion Steve), of Ebensburg and William Palmer of Johnstown. Also survived by his mother-in-law Sara Daubenspeck, of Johnstown; brother, Gene (Corrine) Palmer and sister, Nancy (Chuck) Harmon, numerous nieces and nephews and his long-time friend, Robin Michaels. Dennis was an inground miner previous to becoming disabled. He had been a resident of Maple Heights for a number of years and enjoyed the activities of the day, including cooking and crafting. He also served on the Peer Program at the manor. At his request, there will be no services, with interment in the family plot at Harrisville, Pa.
