BAKER – Lu An E., 87, of Ebensburg, passed away Jan. 4, 2026 at home. Born Nov. 17, 1938 in Janesville, Clearfield Co., daughter of the late George W., Sr. and Mary E. Glasgow. Preceded in death by brothers, Harvey Glasgow and George W., Glasgow, Jr. Survived by son, James (Jennifer) Baker; and granddaughter, Madison. Lu An was called home by her Savior Jesus Christ, greeted by her loyal canine companion, Buddy. For over 40 years, Lu An worked as a beautician,  and owning her own shop, The Cutting Corner, for 35 years. She enjoyed spending countless hours at the local malls, walking the field with her dog, stopping and smelling each flower. Living with her son, James, Jennifer and Madison for 13 years, she was a motivator and inspiration in her walk with God. A celebration of the life of Lu An Baker  will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, January 11 at Lakeside Community Church (Lake Rowena) Ebensburg, Pastor Charles M. Hansen, Jr.,  officiating.  Refreshments in the church hall after the service. Arrangements in care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo.
