Stanton Roger Allbaugh Obituary

ALLBAUGH - Stanton “Roger”, 83, of Jackson Twp., passed away Jan. 28, 2026. Born April 29, 1942 in Johnstown, son of the late Stanton Davis and Opal Marion (Wilkinson) Allbaugh. Preceded in death by sister-in-law, Yvonne O’Donnell; nephew, Scott Williams; niece, Tara Burkey; and brother-in-law, Richard Williams. Survived by wife, Patricia (O’Donnell) to whom he was married for 58 years and sons, Lonnie (Jennifer) Allbaugh; and Loren (Kara) Allbaugh. Grandchildren, Benjamin, Averie, Jack and Ava; Caleb, Aaron, Adam, Grace, Josiah, Levi, Hannah, Selah, Micah, Eliana and Samuel. Also survived by sister, Patricia Mae (George) Burkey; brother-in-law, James E. (Deborah) O’Donnell; sister-in-law, Betty Ann Dillenbeck; nieces and nephews, Beth Ann, Timothy (Patty), Christopher (Alina), Tracy Ann, Erin, and Tricia; cousins, Barry (Christine) Allbaugh and Donald Allbaugh; and very special friends, Abigail and Hannah Amigh; Jim and Donna Amigh; and Drs. Jeanmarie and Enrique Koh; as well as all of the many people who have helped in Rogers care. Member of Singer Hill Grace Brethren Church and had attended Ebensburg Evangelical Bible Church of Revloc. Roger was an avid hunter and fisherman and member of Jerome Sportsmen’s Club. He also coached Pony League Baseball and was a former member of the Jackson Twp. Vol. Fire Company. Friends will be received from noon until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. on Sunday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, Pastor Cliff Richey, officiating. Interment, Benshoff Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Roger’s memory may be made to Child Evangelism Fellowship at www.cefonline.com.
