BEARER -   Elizabeth Ann “Liz” (Pasini), 90, of Nanty Glo, passed away Feb. 18, 2026 at home. Born Jan. 22, 1936 in Heshbon, Pa., daughter of the late Angelo and Josephine (Cashier) Pasini. Preceded in death by husband, Harold; sons, Thomas and Anthony; brothers, Jeff and John Chiappini; and special niece, Patricia Mason. Survived by children, Carol (Albert) Rummel; Dino (Penny “Christy”) Bearer; and Angela Bearer. Grandchildren, Daniel Bearer, Vanessa (Todd) Casado, Jessie (Josh) Bearer, Nathan (Angel) Sassano, Jonathan (Ambree) Rummel, Dawson Rummel and Briann Little. Great Grandchildren, Manny, Maggie, Maddy, Isabella and Elio. Also survived by sister, Shirley Ann Lundberg; and several nieces and nephews. Few things brought her great joy than hearing, “Granny” and “Bubba” called out by the little and big voices she loved so fiercely. Friends will be received from 5 p.m. until time of funeral service at 7 p.m. on Friday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, the Rev. Kevin Queally, T.O.R., officiating.
