MATLICK – Sandra Darlene (Bussard), 72, of Ebensburg, passed away unexpectedly on April 9, 2026. Born on June 11, 1953, in Everett, she was the daughter of Lee and Melrose (Richardson) Bussard. She was preceded in death by her son, Jason Carey. Sandra is survived by her loving parents, of Ebensburg; her brothers, Brian Bussard of Califon, NJ, and Brad (Diana) Bussard of Lexington, SC; as well as several nieces and nephews. She retired as a home health care worker from Keyser Healthcare Center in Keyser, West Virginia. In retirement, Sandra moved next door to her parents, where she devoted herself to their care as their primary caregiver. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements are entrusted to Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.askew-houser.com
