McGLYNN – Jerome “Jerry”, 86, of Twin Rocks, passed away June 23, 2026 at UPMC-Mercy, Pittsburgh.  Born March 21, 1940 in Nanty Glo, son of the late Patrick Henry and Dorothy A. (Schultz) McGlynn. Preceded in death by infant son, Jerome, Jr.; and brothers in law, James Davis and Leon Frantz. Survived by wife, Marian (Kruper) to whom he was married for 62 years; daughters, Michele (Donald) Burk; and Tracy (Joseph) Spade. Grandsons, Ethan and Teague. Also survived by brother, Charles (Peg) McGlynn; sisters, Patricia Davis; Margaret Frantz; Mary C. (Donald) Haflinger; Dorothy (Bob) Harper; and numerous nieces and nephews. At Jerry’s request there will be no viewing. Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Nanty Glo, the Rev. Kevin Queally, TOR, celebrant. Committal St. Charles Cemetery, Twin Rocks. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary’s Church in Jerry’s memory.
