GARLAND – Wilbur Blaine, Jr., 86, of Ebensburg passed away February 21, 2024. Born May 23, 1937 in Greensburg, son of the late Wilbur B. Sr. and Elizabeth (Murtland) Garland. Preceded in death by wife Dorothy and sister Carol Elizabeth. Survived by children Jeffrey T. (Terry) Garland, Gregory S. Garland, and Douglas A. Garland. Also survived by four grandchildren. Blaine was the owner/operator for Latrobe Design Services, and an army veteran. He was a member of the Ebensburg Methodist Church, where he served on the board. Friends will be received 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, February 25th, at the Askew-Houser Funeral Home, Ebensburg. Funeral Service will be held Monday February 26th at 11:00 a.m. at the Ebensburg Methodist Church. Interment at Westmoreland County Memorial Park. Arrangements in the care of Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.
