DIXON -  Jill K., (Horn), 63, of Flinton, passed away on December 30, 2022. Jill was born in Colver, PA to late Alton E. and Olive (Lamer) Horn on October 22, 1959.  She is survived by her husband, Samuel N. Dixon to whom she was married 43 years, daughter Alicia Dixon-Ibarra and son in law Drew Ibarra, and grandchildren Coral, Lilia, and Forrest of Olathe, Kansas. Also survived by sister and brothers Lynn Bailey, Alton “Russ” Horn, and Jeffrey Horn. Preceded in death by brothers Richard and Allen Horn and sister Debra Morris.  Jill was a member of the National Notary Association and a longtime member of the Church of God.  She loved her dog “Taffy”, spoiling her grandchildren, feeding deer in her backyard, and fishing on her pontoon at Glendale Lake.  Friends will be received from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 7th, at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Terry Lamer, officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Huntington's Disease Society of America (www.hdsa.org) or support Jill’s love of animals by donating to the ASPCA (www.aspca.org). Jill was a generous person and loved her family deeply. She will be missed by all.
