BAROSKY - Lois Jean “Baba”, 91, of Nanty Glo, went to be with the Lord Oct. 18, 2018. Born Sept. 12, 1927 in Brush Valley, daughter of the late Ralph and Nora (Roles) Wagner. Preceded in death by husband, Peter Barosky, Jr.; son, Richard Martin Barosky; sister, Mary E. McKeel; brothers, Harold, Michael, Ralph and Terry; and daughters in law, Patti Barosky and Karen Barosky. Survived by sons, Chris Barosky and Peter (Linda) Barosky. 6 Grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and sisters in law, Alice, Marge and Ann. Lois enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers and feeding her hummingbirds. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, the Rev. Bill Warrick, officiating. Interment, United Methodist Cemetery, Belsano.
