Obituary of Deborah Ann Newcomer

NEWCOMER – Deborah Ann “Debbie”, 65, of Ebensburg, formerly of Nanty Glo, joined the angels and saints on Nov. 10, 2018. Born April 25, 1953 in Johnstown. Preceded in death by father, Frank Kulish. Survived by mother, Catherine Kulish; husband, Dan Newcomer; and children, Daniel G. Newcomer III, Tonya (Joseph) Blickenderfer, and Jasen (Stephanie) Newcomer. Grandchildren, Emma Blickenderfer, Alexis Newcomer, Katie Blickenderfer, Nathan Newcomer, and Marleigha Newcomer. Also survived by brothers, Dennis (Janet) Kulish, Robert (Roberta) Kulish and Richard Kulish; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Attended Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg and St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Nanty Glo and was a member of Catholic Daughters, Ebensburg. Debbie enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where vigil prayer service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Mary’s Church, the Rev. Leonard Voytek, celebrant. Committal to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
