WOLFE - Ruth A, 72, of Seward, formerly of Nanty Glo, passed away Jan. 23, 2014. Born April 23, 1941 in Corning, NY., daughter of the late Devilla and Eleanor (Morrisman) Crane. Preceded in death by fiance, James Lee Botteicher; son, Lawrence R. Crane, Sr; and grandson, Lawrence, Jr. Survived by daughter, Lillian (Lonnie) Kerr; and adopted daughter, Edith Hubbard. Grandchildren, Dwanna, Alex, Kayla, Bethie and April. 8 Great Grandchildren. Also survived by brother, Lenny; sisters, Barbara Mayer and Liz Grover; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as good friend, Jeff Smith. Member of First Baptist Church, Seward. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc. Nanty Glo.
