NAUGLE – William E., Jr., 78, of Jackson Twp., passed away peacefully at home Jan. 8, 2018. Born Aug. 2, 1939 in Johnstown, son of the late William E., Sr. and Leona J. (Eisenhuth) Naugle. Preceded in death by brother, Charles; and sister, Virginia Sidor. Survived by loving wife, Gladys, of 55 years; and children, Lisa (Brian) Doyle; Eric Naugle; William (Heather) Naugle; and Amy. Grandsons, Kenneth Walk, Andrew Walk; and Alexander Naugle. Step grandchildren, Christopher Doyle and Savanna Doyle; and numerous nieces and nephews. Army veteran during the Vietnam War. Owner of Naugle Auto & Truck Sales. Friends will be received from 3-5 & 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo,where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Marvin E. Lowery and Pastor Brian Doyle (Bill’s son in law), officiating. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery, Johnstown. Military Rite by Nanty Glo, Twin Rocks and Vintondale Veterans Ritual Team.
