Obituary of Charles Edward Law

LAW - Charles Edward, 37, Windber, died July 18, 2006, in Windber. Born Feb. 7, 1969, in Johnstown, son of Edward and Ivah Law. Preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Lillian Trevorrow; paternal grandfather, William Law; maternal grandfather, Charles Gillis; and aunt, Gloria Law. Survived by parents of Nanty Glo; wife, Tracy Lynn (Mullen); daughter, Erika Elyse Law; and stepchildren, Lindsey, Zackery, Courtney and Tyler Mullen, all of Windber; brother, Brian, and wife, Angela, Westmont; sister, Jennifer, and husband, William Lynch, New York; maternal grandmother, Gwen Gillis, Maryland; and nephews, Jacob Law, Connor and Mackay Lynch. Owner/operator of Chuck Law Contracting and Remodeling of Windber. A graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Member of Sons of American Revolution and Cambria Lodge #278, F. & A.M., where he was junior warden. Member of Windber United Methodist Church. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. Interment, United Methodist Cemetery, Belsano. Masonic memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday by Cambria Lodge #278. In lieu of flowers, donations in Charles' memory may be made to his family.
