OROS - Rose Mary (Younkin), 45, of Strongstown, died Dec. 10, 2010 at home. Born Sept. 30, 1965 in Johnstown. Preceded in death by brother, William “Bill” Younkin. Survived by parents, Edward and Dolly Younkin, Strongstown; daughter, Nicole B. Oros, Johnstown; Grandchildren, Jade E. Marines,7; Ellie Rose Oros,5; and Dane A. Alexander,2; brothers, Michael (Janice) Younkin; George (Debra) Younkin, both of Nanty Glo; and Daniel Younkin, Strongstown; sisters, Christine Krieger, Arizona and Susan (Tom) Oros, of Nolo. Also survived by fiancé, Brian Wood, Belsano; and many nieces and nephews. Rose will be dearly missed by all. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10am until time of memorial service at 11am on Tuesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, Pastor Ken Brown, officiating. Interment, Edwards Memorial Cemetery, Belsano. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her family.
