SALVETTI – Marie A., 95, a lifelong resident of Nanty Glo, went to be with her Lord, February 3, 2019, at Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg. Born December 27, 1923, daughter of the late Bonomo and Mae (Botticchio) Salvetti. Last surviving member of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by her brothers; Leo and Samuel Salvetti, and, sister Jean Scerre. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was a life-long member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and had worked as a seamstress at Bestform, Johnstown. Friends will be received at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, Rev. Fr. Leonard Voytek, celebrant. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Marie would appreciate Masses and Spiritual Bouquets.
