ROSE - REMINGTON R. "Remmy", 15, of Vintondale, went home early to be with Jesus December 3, 2004. Born June 29, 1989 in Johnstown. His cousin Crystal Rose and good buddy Doug Link preceded him to heaven. Preceded in death by uncle Barry Rose. Remmy will be lovingly remembered every second by his mom and dad, Remington and Traci (Shank) Rose, and his little sister Kelley. Grandparents Duane & Dorothy Rose and Robert Jr. & Carol Shank will also miss their Remmy He will be greatly missed by aunts and uncles Vicki & Darl Murton; Mike & Kathy Rose; Mark & Pam Rose; Kerry & Mike Mukina; Bobbi Lynn & Ryan Yonish; Cousins Frank & Michelle Safko; Clint & Jessie Rose; Daron Murton; Adam Rose; Mike & Sammi Safko; Austin & Isaiah Rose and new little cousin Shelby Lynn Yonish, will all surely miss Remmy's attitude, personality, and love for everyone close to him. Remmy was a hard worker who wanted to be just like his dad. Remmy put his whole heart into everything that was important to him. He always wanted to make things bigger, stronger, faster, and better than anyone had seen before. If he was your friend, you would never have to ask him for anything. He was always loyal, faithful, and caring. He had a special love for his mom & dad and though at times she didn't think so, he adored & doted on his sister Kelley. Remmy loved the time spent with his Uncle Pic and Aunt Linda Johnson. Remmy was a sophmore at United High School and enjoyed his electrical course at Indiana Technology Center. He had a special talent for making friends and many of them were touched by his life. He liked camping, boating, hunting, quad riding, and jumping his bicycle--all of which included his family. Remmy loved the Lord and his family. Member of Pike Grace Brethren Church, Mundys Corner. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-9pm Monday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc, Nanty Glo. Funeral service at 11:00am Tuesday at Pike Grace Brethren Church, Mundys Corner, the Rev. Dr. Rick Clark, and Rev. Brad Deetscreek, officiating. Interment Pike Brethren Cemetery.
