GRIFFITH Jacqueline “Jacquie” (Winning) 51, of Ebensburg, passed away suddenly May 16, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center.  Born August 3, 1961 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Clarence A and Priscilla M. (Cook) Winning.  Preceded in death by brother,  Jeffrey S. Winning.  Survived by husband, R. Douglas Griffith, to whom she was married 28 years and sons Adam, Penn Hills, and Eric, at home.  Also survived by sisters Lee Ann Winning, Northern Cambria, Pa; Susan Baer, Muscatine, Iowa; nieces and nephews:  Valeri Stafford, Boone, Iowa; Brandi Stiffler, Colver; Amber Kovach, Los Angeles, CA; Patrick and Lilly Winning, Northern Cambria, Kate Griffith, Ebensburg, and Matt McWhorter, Phoenix, Arizona numerous great nieces and nephews, and brother and sister-in-law:  Sara “Sally” (Glen) McWhorter, Mesa, Arizona; and Scott (Diane) Griffith, Ebensburg.    Jacquie was an avid reader and loved to cross stitch.  She loved following Penguins Hockey and the Cleveland Browns, and enjoyed the music of Jimmy Buffett.  She was a “people person” by all respects and enjoyed spending time with her “boys” and attending family gatherings.   Friends will be received from 5 – 8 p.m. Sunday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, where a brief service will be held at 8:00 p.m, Pastor Jim Farrer, officiating.   In lieu of other memorials, the family suggests donations to the Cambria Twp. Volunteer Fire Company, Reese Avenue, Colver, Pa.  15927 or to the Mario Lemieux Foundation, 816 Fifth Avenue, 6th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219
