FRANK – Delphine Ann "Dolly" (Regis), 74, Twin Rocks, died June 15, 2009, at Good Samaritan Nursing Center. Born July 12, 1934, in Nanty Glo, daughter of the late Frederick and Christina (Van Ness) Regis. Preceded in death by husband, Russell "John"; daughter, Velma Jacobsky; and six brothers and sisters. Survived by children: Russell J. Frank, married to the former Dee Reardon, Strongstown; Debra A., married to Carl Lowery, Boiling Springs, S.C.; and Albert J. Frank, married to the former Sandra Mahan, Greenville, S.C.; grandchildren: Machelle (Leon) Swain, Russell Frank Jr., John M. (Adele) Frank, Chris (Michelle) Jacobsky, Tina (Dave) Beilchick, Chrissy Lynn (Ralph) Contreras, Chad Lowery, Missy Frank and Ron Frank; and 13 great-grandchildren. Member of the former Twin Rocks United Methodist Church, where she served as secretary and on the board of trustees and church council and was a member of Belsano United Methodist Church. She was a bus driver for 25 years in the Blacklick Valley and Bishop Carroll School districts. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Arlene Bobrowicz officiating. Interment to follow at EUB Cemetery, Belsano.
