FERGUSON - William D., 80 of Rebekah Manor Ebensburg, formerly of Tripoli Road, Colver, passed away June 24, 2009 at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 14, 1928 in Glen Campbell, son of the late William and Jessie Ferguson. Preceded in death by wife, the former Goldie Stephens. He retired from Bethlehem Mines and was a survivor, along with his father, of the mine collapse in the early 1960s. Member of U.M.W.A. Private Funeral Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment at Lloyd Cemetery. Arrangements in care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
