MENIE – Dorothy A., 78, Ebensburg, died Aug. 24, 2009, at Miners Medical Center, Hastings. Born Nov. 11, 1930, in Revloc, the daughter of Andrew and Elizabeth (Hicks) Lokey. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Dino "Hank" Menie; and brothers, Kenneth and Jack. Survived by children: Edward, married to the former Melissa Albert; Nancy, wife of the Honorable David Tulowitzki; and Thomas, all of Ebensburg, and grandchildren, Brian and Lauren Tulowitzki and Jude, Nicholas, Dino and Alessandra Menie. Sister of Betty Lou Barber, Florida. Member of VFW Auxiliary Post 4963, Ebensburg. Friends received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg, where vigil wake service will be held Thursday. Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Friday at Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg, the Rev. Monsignor Arnold L. Gaus. Entombment, Holy Name Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to National Shrine of St. Jude Claretian Missionary, 205 W. Monroe St., Chicago, Ill. 60606 or www.shrineofstjude.org in Dorothy's memory.
