LUNDBERG – Antoinette "Toni" (Scappino), 61, Nanty Glo, died Aug. 30, 2009, at home. Born July 23, 1948, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Carlo and Anne (Szabonya) Scappino. Preceded in death by infant son, Richard Raymond Jr., and brother, Vincent "Bunny" Scappino. Survived by children, Stacie Dow (Tim Frederick), Twin Rocks, and Richard, Pittsburgh; special friend, Bernard "Bernie" Dospoy, Nanty Glo; granddaughters, Jensen and Jaycie; and Bernie's children and grandchildren. Sister of Mary Delesky, Nanty Glo; Mario (Carol), Clarksville, Va.; Aldo (Virginia), Sycamore, Ill.; Angelina Tomlinson (Robert), Poquson, Va.; and Frank (Joyce), Nanty Glo. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Attended St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo. Retired from the Ebensburg Center. Member of ABATE, Cambria Summit Chapter and Foxy Ladies Bowling Team. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. Interment, Holy Name Cemetery, Ebensburg.
