McCONNELL - Harold Lloyd Jr. “Harry”, 57, of Laurel House, Ebensburg Center, passed away on October 19, 2009, after an extended illness. He was born July 20, 1952 in Grove City, son of the late Harold and Florence (Frantz) McConnell. Harry is survived by his brother Jerald McConnell and sister –in-law Cindy of Tionesta PA, and his Ebensburg Center family. Harry lived a quiet and happy life at the Ebensburg Center for 52 years; he enjoyed music, watching television and movies, and socializing with his friends and nurses. His Laurel House family is deeply saddened by the loss of Harry, who was a special friend to all. Harry always brought a smile to their faces and warmth to their hearts through his ever present smile and the twinkle in his eye. Friends will be received from 12:30 pm Thursday until the time of funeral service at 1:30 p.m., at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.
