BURKEY – Alice Mae (Graham), 87, of Ebensburg, passed away Jan. 4, 2010 at Cambria Care Center. Born Aug. 20, 1922 in Colver, daughter of the late Lloyd E. and Sarah Mae (Gibson) Graham. Preceded in death by brothers, Gerald, Lloyd, James, William, Charles and Harry; and sisters, Shirley Benson, Geraldine Stephens, and Martha Cresswell. Survived by daughter, Connie (Eugene “Cal”) Klinehans, of Nanty Glo; Grandchildren, Stacy (Mike) Schenk, Revloc; Heather (Craig) Noble, Ebensburg; and Jed, of Nanty Glo. Great Grandchildren, Kylea Mae Noble and Jakeb Allen Noble. Also survived by sister, Jean Evans, Ebensburg; and sisters in law, Joyce B. Kovach, Ebensburg; Judy Graham, Ohio; and Hilda Graham, Texas; and brother in law, John Stephens, Ohio. Member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mundys Corner. Longtime employee of Rite Aid, Ebensburg. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10am until time of memorial service at 11am on Thursday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Pastor Lynn Miller, officiating. Interment, Lloyd Cemetery, Ebensburg. In lieu of flowers, donations in Alice’s memory may be made to her church or The Alzheimers Association.
