LICKERT – John "Jack" H., 79, Nanty Glo, died Feb. 9, 2010, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Dec. 13, 1930, in Pittsburgh, son of the late Albert and Ann (Lieb) Lickert. Preceded in death by sister, Margaret Crafton; and brothers, James, Albert and Raymond. Survived by wife, the former Phyllis Olstein; daughter, Jonette Lickert, Nanty Glo; sisters and brothers-in-law, Josephine Post and Janet Villa, both of Nanty Glo; Joseph Olstein, Pittsburgh; William Olstein, James Olstein and Theodore Olstein, all of Nanty Glo; and Rick Olstein, Johnstown; niece, Kathy Exler; and nephews, Michael and Raymond Lickert, all of Pittsburgh; and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where a liturgical wake service will be held Thursday. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo, the Rev. Martin A. Cingle, celebrant. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
