KOLAR– Ann (Tomasic) 89, Nanty Glo, died Dec. 11, 2010. Born Oct. 12, 1921, in Steelton, daughter of the late Anton and Ana (Jurgevic) Tomasic. Preceded in death by husband, Mike, and brothers, Anthony, Louis, John and George. Survived by children, Ann (Leon) Morehart, Middletown; Mick (Helen), Clearfield; Tom (Lorraine), Nanty Glo; and Mary Ann (Mike) Swartzentruver, Millersville; grandchildren, Michael, Jessica, Cory and Breanne; great-grandchildren, Alexander and James; sister, Mary Corkle, New Cumberland, Pa.; and brother, Frank (Anita) Linglestown. Member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Nanty Glo, and its Altar and Rosary Society and VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Nanty Glo. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, where a liturgical wake service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Church, the Rev. Martin A. Cingle, celebrant. Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery, Nanty Glo.
