MYERS – Mary Jane, 75, of Ebensburg, passed away October 12, 2011 at Richland Manor. Born March 13, 1936 in Johnstown daughter of the late George F. and Nellie Mary (Altemus) Myers. Preceded in death by parents and numerous aunts and uncles A graduate of the Ebensburg Cambria High School and St. Francis University, she was retired from Appalachia Intermediate Unite 08, where she served as a supervisor. She was a life long member of Holy Name Roman Catholic Church. At Mary Jane’s request, there will be no viewing, but all are welcomed to join her family in attending a Funeral Mass at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Holy Name Church, the Rev. Monsignor Arnold L. Gaus, celebrant. Interment at Holy Name Cemetery. In lieu of other memorials, contributions may be made to Holy Name Church in her memory. Arrangements are in the care of Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc.
