TOTH – Mary (Salvetti), 90, lifelong resident of Nanty Glo, died Nov. 7, 2011, at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 23, 1923, in Nanty Glo, daughter of the late Anthony and Maria (Bottichio) Salvetti. Preceded in death by sister, Jennie Mulato Kuntz. Survived by sons, John S. (Judy), Ebensburg; Garry (Elaine), Concorde, Ohio; and Dennis (Kim) Mentor-On-The-Lake, Ohio; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth (William) Somogyi, Vinco; and Teresa Salvetti, Portage; and brother, John (Martha) Ebensburg. Member of St. Mary’s Church, Nanty Glo, where she was active in numerous organizations. She retired from Blacklick Valley School District. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where liturgical wake will be held Wednesday. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Church, Nanty Glo, the Rev. Father Martin A. Cingle, celebrant. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nanty Glo Fire Company.
