BILLER – Olean S., 92, Cresson, died July 2, 2012, at Garvey Manor, Hollidaysburg. Born April 3, 1920, in Colver, daughter of the late Daniel J. and Mary Malinda (Farabaugh) Sullivan. Preceded in death by son-in-law, David M. Slat; infant grandson, Michael Mark Slat; sisters, Claranna Porada, Bernice Keenan, Thelma Craver, Theola Wellen and Delrose Vogel; and brother, Joseph Sullivan. Survived by husband, Fred G., whom she married July 16, 1949, in Colver; daughters, Betsy Shultz (Bill), Hollidaysburg; and Mary Anne Randolph (Bob), Raleigh, N.C.; grandchildren, Dr. David F. Slat (Dr. Stacy King Slat), Fairview Heights, Ill.; Christopher Slat and Sarah Slat, both of Hollidaysburg; Daniel Randolph, New York City; and Gregory Randolph and Charlotte Randolph, both of Raleigh, N.C.; and great-grandson, Christopher Thomas Slat. Sister of Col. Joseph Sullivan, Chicago, Ill.; and Betsy Ertter, Scottsdale, Ariz. Retired in 1985 from the library department of St. Francis University, Loretto. Member of St. Aloysius Parish, Cresson, and auxiliary member of its Legion of Mary. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Aloysius Church, the Very Rev. Father John D. Byrnes. Committal, church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations, in Olean’s memory, to Garvey Manor, 1037 S. Logan Blvd., Hollidaysburg, Pa. 16648, or Cresson Food Pantry. Olean was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
