CARNS - Naomi, 88, Revloc, died July 5, 2005, in Revloc. Born Dec. 21, 1916, in Beaverdale, daughter of Charles and Gertrude (Mentzer) Seabolt. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 65 years, Willard "Buzz," March 1999; grandson, Timothy Monborne; granddaughter, Deborah (Monborne) Prater; sisters, Helen (Seabolt) Burke and Ruth (Seabolt) Zurilla; half-brother, Paul Wood; and half-sister, Dorothy (Wood) Yahner. Survived by these children: Shirley, wife of Charles Monborne, Ebensburg; Ronald, married to the former Beverly Graves, Maryland; and Donald "Buzzy," married to the former Patricia Kaminski, Revloc; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Mary (Seabolt) Savukas, Florida. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Former president of the Rosary Altar Society of the Most Holy Redeemer Church, Revloc. A member of the Legion of Mary; CD of A Court 680, Ebensburg; and Democratic Committee Woman. Retired from Laurel Crest Manor with 25 years of service. She and her husband made thousands of rosary beads and gave them to friends who wanted them and to the missions. A very sweet, kind and loving lady, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg, where vigil wake service will be held Thursday evening. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg, the Rev. Msgr. Arnold L. Gaus. Committal, Calvary Cemetery, Altoona. CD of A rosary will be recited Friday at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Windber Hospice in Naomi's memory.
