MAKOSY – Charles, 88, Ebensburg, died Oct. 12, 2012, at home. Born Dec. 13, 1923, in Wehrum, Pa., son of Charles and Anna (Motrenec) Makosy. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, George and John; sisters, Ann, Helen, Sophie and Mary; and stepdaughter, Christine Miller. Survived by wife, the former Gisela ( Franke ) Siennicki-Makosy, and stepchildren, Zygmunt Siennicki and Gina Segelke, both of Denver, Colo. Brother of Pete, Andy and Catherine Datsko. Army veteran of World War II. At Charles’ request, there will be no public viewing or visitation. Burial, Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver. Funeral arrangements by the Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg.
