MacDonald - LIsa, 56 of Ebensburg Center, passed away December 7, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center. Born August 22, 1956 in Mobile, Alabama. Preceded in death by mother Jane (Flinn) Murray, maternal grandparents William P. Jr. and Helen G. Flinn, and paternal step-grandparents Cliff and Gertrude Murray. Survived by Dad Wesley W. Murray and his wife, Charmaine Skomra-Murray, of Altoona; Aunt, Joanne Murray Woodall of Feasterville; step-brothers and step-sister: Samuel (Ruth) Skomra of Penn Run; Jennifer (Martin) Scherer of Brentwood, CA; Charles (Veronica) Skomra, Ebensburg; and Christopher Skomra of Clinton, Maryland, Also survived by numerous step-nieces and nephews. A longtime resident of Ebensburg Center, Lisa enjoyed ice cream and going out to eat. She enjoyed spinning quarters, bottles, or any other items that met with her fancy. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, Pastor Roger Johnson, officiating. Interment at Pine Crest Cemetery, Mobile, Alabama. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lisa’s memory may be made to the ACE Parents Organization at Ebensburg Center.
