EMERT – Judith, 67, of Ebensburg, passed away December 19, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 17, 1945 in Colver, daughter of the late Robert V. and Margaret Priscilla (James) Miller. Preceded in death by brother, Robert J. Miller. Survived by husband, Barry Emert; daughter, Shannon (Travis) Norton, of Portage; son, Courtland (Brandi) Canavan, of Williamsport; grandson, Travis Norton, Jr.; brother, John O. (Karen) Miller, of Pittsburgh; and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of Ebensburg Moose, Ebensburg VFW, Loretto American Legion and Sons of Italy, Renovo. There will be no viewing. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00a.m. on Saturday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes., Inc., Ebensburg, the Rev. Charles P. Martin, officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in Judi’s memory may be made to the Ebensburg Public Library.
