CARNS – John W. “Jack,” 70, Ebensburg, died Jan. 3, 2013, at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 6, 1942, in Revloc, son of Harry and Hazel (Seabolt) Carns. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Rayetta Ross. Survived by wife, the former Luanne (Vroman) Carns; sons, John E., Arizona; and Kevin, Cresson; and granddaughter, Kristen; also one great-grandson. Brother of Harry Carns, Orlando, Fla. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He retired from Walmart in Indiana, Pa. Friends received from 3 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. Sunday at Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg, the Rev. Rob Osborn. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the family.
